McConnell: Congress' disapproval of EPA 'will soon be very clear'

Incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said there won't be any mistaking what Congress thinks about the Environmental Protection Agency when Republicans take control of the upper chamber in January.

The Kentucky Republican, responding to comments Secretary of State John Kerry made at a United Nations climate change conference in Lima, Peru, said the EPA would be in his crosshairs early next session.

"Given the change in management that’s coming to the Senate, overseas audiences may want to proceed with caution when it comes to Secretary Kerry’s recommendations and comments," McConnell warned.

Blah, blah, blah McConnell. Yep, we really believe that you and John Boehner will be tough on the EPA IN THE FUTURE. Of course, tomorrow never comes. Meanwhile, as we wait for your courage to appear, your funding bill gives the EPA more money than the Obama regime initially requested.

McConnell, you and Boehner have already exposed yourselves only a month after the election and before the newly elected Congress is even seated.

EPA was funded above last year’s levels by the CRomnibus. That’s all that needs to be understood about McConnell’s ‘change of management’.
