Me thinks its just an ....app. Not mandatory, just an option to make more money from those that want to carry nothing but a digital wallet per se.....

I was criticizing the headline with noise. Headlines that exaggerate are getting to be a common nuisance. Same here on avoiding keeping sensitive documents on computers connected to the Internet.
Strange times we’re in. People become more promiscuous with sensitive information. One consequence is that of more forensic time and money to try to sort out facts for cases related to ID theft. Another is the push for more public access to personal information.
