Jim Moran came out of the RAT caucus and said they are saying they need 80 RATs to crossover. Doesn't think more than 50 - 60 will crossover.

Looking pretty even so far on motion to concur with a senate amendment.

Is this motion to concur just a test vote? I heard that the next vote is a motion to suspend, which I’m guessing is the true test vote.

Funny. The numbers have grown for the democrats.
It was only 40 to 50 earlier in the day.
It is time to break out the pitchforks, tar and feathers for the GOP leadership, Hal Rogers, Pete Sessions and other GOP hacks.
Rep. James P. Moran, Virginia Democrat, said Democrats should take the deal in front of them, saying they’ll get a worse package if they wait until the GOP controls both the House and Senate next year.
“We got virtually everything Democrats wanted to get,” he said, pointing to the more than two dozen environmental riders that Republicans had tried to attach to the bill. All but a couple were stripped in the end, Mr. Moran said.
Yeppers. They wouldn’t hold the vote if they didn’t have the votes to pass. All the rest is choreography.
