Supports the efforts by President Poroshenko and the people of Ukraine to establish a lasting peace for Ukraine that includes:
full withdrawal of Russian forces from its territory, full control of its international borders, disarming of separatist and paramilitary forces in eastern Ukraine, adoption of policies to reduce the Russian Federation's ability to use energy exports and trade barriers as weapons to apply economic and political pressure, and an end to interference by the Russian Federation in Ukraine's internal affairs.

Your post of this resolution is the first I’ve heard of it. Dingy Harry will file it under the desk along with most everything else that comes out of The House and I expect it to stay there after the Fearless Turtle takes over.
Korea, Vietnam sign free trade deal agreement
Mr Lee said yesterday that the partnership between the regional bloc and South Korea has been "fruitful". Asean and South Korea have "both made a lot of progress during that period" and he expressed the hope that the summit can "give our relationship another significant boost".
Ukraine looks more like a constant headache needing to be supported by the west, like has happened time and again in Haiti....which is actually a revenue whitewashing nation.
Ukraine’s government officials beg and cry for aid in order to survive the winter, 50 billion dollars. And who is doing the crying? ...The Oligarchs Kiev put in power,.. a few of whom could foot the entire fuel bill from their own stolen gains.
Yesturday.....By invitation of Kiev...a small Russian military mission is in eastern Ukraine assisting the OSCE security group in efforts to secure peace. RIA reported..
General Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, told a meeting with foreign diplomats in Moscow that “representatives of Russian Armed Forces” had been sent to the town of Debaltseve in east Ukraine at the request of Ukraine’s Joint Staff.
Echoing remarks by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov last week, Gerasimov said their mission was, together with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), to help find “a compromise decision on de-escalating tensions and withdrawing troops from the line of contact.”
BTW I am also against the sanctions, and they seem pretty impulsive to me, not considering unintended consequences.
To be honest, I hope Dingy files this, and never brings it up again. What are we doing? This is issuing a threat. A dangerous one.
To say the least, we are in a very confusing situation.
Obama finally admitted today what Ukraine is all about.....and as we've said so many times...Obama was intent on breaking up the Relationship between Russia and the EU....their trade was increasing as were their relationship with Russia more and more....even International meetings were being hosted by RUssia............and disengaging more with the US....
It's why Obama took his Asian Pivot....as Russia was engaging them three steps ahead of Obama....this is a trade war and one which currently has been costing the US greatly in losses which Obama of course created or didn't want to bother with. Once he woke up to his popularity dragging in Europe he had to do something to shake it off....thus Ukraine....as he knew, and so did the EU that was Putins red line.
..so here it is right out of his own mouth...just as we said......the video of Obama speaking is there as well. Note he speaks of pressure on Cina because he wants the relationship with Putin severed....Oh this is really something because the EU told him no more sanctions!!!! Obama said...... "Putin will succeed if he creates a rift in the Trans-Atlantic relationship, if we see Europe divided from the United States. That would be a strategic victory for him and I intend on preventing that." http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-politics/wp/2014/12/11/obama-putin-does-not-have-good-cards-in-ukraine-conflict/?Post+generic=%3Ftid%3Dsm_twitter_washingtonpost

Here’s the link...sorry it got screwed up
...” I am also against the sanctions, and they seem pretty impulsive to me, not considering unintended consequences”....
Now that the EU has told Obama no more sanctions he’s agreeing no more as of today....I just posted link but he’s backing off or he’ll really rile Europe.
Obam isn’t leading any of this...he’s simply trying to save face from his interefering with the relationships btween Eu and Russia....and he’s also now pressering China trying to hold our place on the International stage...one that he destroyed to begin with....
Nice time to start a war with a MODERNIZED SUPERPOWER...right after gutting our military for the past 15 years.
But if people here are that anxious to see what Russian nukes can do, I guess we’ll all find out.
If the headlines starts with the words “Russia says”, then everything that follows is a lie. Ukraine has most certainly not “invited” the Russian military onto its soil. Of course, this is the line put forth by Russia’s propagandists who are well aware that credulous fools and dishonest fellow travelers in the West will parrot the words Lavrov and his ilk. As for General Gerasimov, he is the architect of the Russian “humanitarian aid convoys” being shipped into Ukraine consisting of such aid as humanitarian tanks, artillery, ammunition and a host various Russian soldiers and other armed degenerates.
That’s a lot of bluster ... are you willing to risk a nuclear exchange to satisfy your self-image as a ‘freeman’ and a alpha male? Russian military policy is not fear mongering, it is the reality of their point of view. And yes, anything that involves military conflict with Russia is to be feared, not fearing is insanity - even if you personally consider the US military superior. That’s a proposition best avoided. Unless, of course, you are willing to see tens of millions of Americans die ...
You do understand that any exchange that ‘wipes Russia off the map’ will wipe the US off the map at the same time, all the while betting that Russian nukes miss Canada?
There is little in the US arsenal which can compete with the latest Russian missiles. US R&D is way behind, although belated efforts are being made in hopes of at least achieving parity, but even that is being strangled by all the huge military budget cuts. Even so, Our Great Leader is cutting the SM-3 program yet deeper to a paltry US$7.3Mil.
There is absolutely no way the US could even begin to penetrate Russia’s current air defenses; not even the B-1 could pass unnoticed by their latest radars or pass the SA-400 batteries. Then there is the mutual aggression pact between Russia and China ...
If you want to remain free and among the living, back lower oil prices, and win without anyone dying.
You’re talking to a Russian guy...
Ukraine is actually about freedom for a country from a neosoviet tyrant.
You have a heck of a time with that, don’t you?
You throw every excuse out there to make anything but that.
Must be a full time job for you..lol
yup...that you’re terrified of a free Ukraine.
Free from Russian hypocrisy and rule.
Bummer huh?
I could really care less what happens to Ukraine as it’s corruption is never ending...and it’s conflicts forever on going. The people can fight for freedom all they want but until they’ve outed their corrupted oligarchs and officials nothing is going to change except things will get worse for the people...and it is just that.
Many of us said in the beginning Ukraine would become a debtor nation and it’s people end up in poverty all the more...and it continues to become just that.
Nato has topped sending armament to Ukraine...what does that say? Porosenko has ‘asked Russia’ to assist ‘militarily’ to stay the peace in E. Ukraine....What does that say?
Bottom line is Ukraine gets no further revenues until the war stops from either EU or Russia...and they cannot survive without these countries , nor stand alone...they never will.
