House Speaker John Boehner claims that next year Republicans will take the fight over executive amnesty to President Obama.
Weve also made clear that early on well make a direct challenge to the presidents unilateral actions on immigration, the Ohio Republican told reporters Thursday in arguing the case for the Houses must-pass government spending bill. You can expect that challenge to the president to include real action on border security.
He noted that the House is already working on the matter, and will pick it back up in January. Well take this fight to the president on the strongest possible ground -- with new majorities that the American people elected, he said.
Boehner declined to list the ways the House could combat Obamas actions next year, saying it would be an inconclusive list.

This is my fifth call to Boehner and company and right now all the phone lines are loaded and can't get through. Will keep trying!

I agree. Don't be surprised if Boehner resigns and takes a job with double the pay with the Chamber of Communist. Only a fool would attempt to push through this spending bill with an obvious slant in favor of Obama and his communist without the newly elected Congress having the chance to reign in this out of control government, unless you plan to run like hell afterwards?
Food for thought

If I am supposed to credit that on faith, what has he done in the past that makes me want to trust him? Why can’t he fight it now? He controls the House right now. I think he is a liar.

Still waiting for that promised lawsuit against Obama from last year.
They make these promises to placate conservatives. These promises are supposed to mollify us so they can pass their crap and say the calls had stopped.

Boehner is gutsy, a real fighter. He stands up for right no matter the odds, zeroes like a laser right down to essentials, knows what is important, respects the Constitution, and always fights for smaller government, freedom and liberty, and the American People to win and not the special interests and deal-makers. He stands on principle and has a rock solid foundation of good character and is always striving to do the right thing for America....*..*..*...
...*SNAP!*... Wha...? Sorry, but I just woke up from a silly dream... and I wrote what!!??

And then, early next year, Boehner will repeat that same vow, but this time with a double-pinky-swear.

Bohner should have visions of a whole bunch of us’s on his nice lawn at the DC mall if he has a thimble of non-pickled brains left.
