Darren Wilson may have resigned from the Ferguson Police Department, but a group of attorneys wants the controversial officer stripped of his right to carry a badge anywhere in Missouri.
In a nine-page petition, the National Bar Association — the country’s oldest and largest group of African American attorneys and judges — asks the Missouri Department of Public Safety to revoke Wilson’s law enforcement license.
Last month, a St. Louis grand jury declined to indict Wilson, who is white, for the Aug. 9 fatal shooting of unarmed black teen Michael Brown. A federal civil rights investigation continues, but the likelihood of charges being brought is slim, since Wilson has testified he was in fear for his life at the time of the shooting.

What’s really needed here is aggressive prosecution of those witnesses who lied in order to try to get Wilson wrongly convicted of this crime. And any continued attempts to try to punish Wilson unjustly in only going to increase public pressure to make sure that the truly guilty in these case - those perjurers - are punished.
National Bar Ass. From what nation and which bar are the asses from? They are definitely not from the American Bar Association. These clowns don’t know how the law works. They whine that the cops shouldn’t be the judge, jury and executioner. Apparently, these shysters of color believe that’s THEIR job.
Holder's "Just-Us" dept. already came out to say they were looking into federal charges against Officer Wilson.
There are no grounds for the state to take such action. But who would expect a bunch of affirmative actin law school grads to know that?

If a court is ‘dumb enough’ to take it on, how does he get a ‘fair and unbiased trial’? Have to be living in a rock to not have heard of the case -

go read the complaint. It’s amazing how they totally ignore the grand jury testimony ins stating the “facts”.
I am waiting for the day Wilson sues for discrimination/slander/defamation by these racists. He has not been convicted of any crime. I have no idea how he is going to provide for his family; his face is known all over the USA. He will be hounded and harassed for years to come.
If I were him I’d probably move to Utah or Idaho anyway.

Sounds like charges should be filed with the Missouri Bar Association and State Bar Regulators about misconduct, bias and racism by the National Bar Association.
If we can’t deport the illegals aliens here can we at least deport the lawyers?

This is nothing else but Benjamin Crump trying to argue his client’s case, after the case has already been dismissed by the grand jury.
The so-called “National Bar Association” has no more credibility than Benjamin Crump.
