This is RICH! Kerry wants expanded powers to fight ISIS (terrorists)? What does he want? Enhanced interrogations? Does he want “more funding”? Does he need more assets in theatre? Does he need a declaration of war?

Who does he think is President?

He should did out his fatigues and join the troops. Make sure he shows the guys his Purple Hearts. They’ll be impressed!
