This is why Tavenner et al can’t give you a good enrollment number ... they don’t have a clue themselves due to the clusterfark currently going on (for explanation, see link) & subsidies are going to be screwed up for a lot of people who will not appreciate their premiums going up 30-100% when they let the government auto-enroll them:
