He wants to make sure our homes are safe by being free of guns.

(Oh thank you so much smart mister government man, I was so afraid a gun was hiding in the closet and it was going to come out at night and start shooting me.)

HEY IDIOT!! My house is safe BECAUSE it has guns in it.

I’m not a gynecologist, but I think that female cops and the wives of male cops should volunteer to let me examine them for possible venereal diseases. It’s not like I have a constitutional right or anything, but it’s a voluntary program.

If it can perhaps increase public safety, it’s a good thing, right?

Quite a trick, eh? Scratch off all the names of those who AGREE to be searched and what you have left over is a list of all ‘pro-Second Amendment’ homeowners.

By all means. I live in the basement of that little house with the crescent moon on the door. Go right in. I’ll be there in a sec.

On reflection I think you are absolutely right! At first I thought it was pretty stupid, but then it occurred to me that while is probably is pretty stupid for most people, there are probably some parents/guardians out there who have youngsters out of control and possessing God knows what -— and who would actually put themselves in danger if they tried to remove any contraband or guns (and may anyway by volunteering for a search).

I found THIS on Wikipedia:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.”

Comes from something called the “Bill of Rights.”

I have to call my buddies over every now and then when I misplace the occasional AK, but the cops? Never.

I wonder if the Beloit police department is run by one of Hitler’s relation. All I can add is Heil Hitler. At time I think the population deserves what they have coming, as they seem to be going from dumb to stupid.

“Hello - would you mind terribly if our storm troopers search your house...?”

If you’re going to act like Hitler, then have the stones to be tough about it.

Just break down the door and take anything you want, then arrest the occupants and put them in a concentration camp.

“Constitution? We don’t need no steenkin’ constitution.”

I say the police should be required to be strip searched by a citizen review board when they show up for work.

We want to make sure the police aren’t carrying anything illegal. If they have nothing to hide, they shouldn’t complain. See how THEY like having THEIR privacy invaded.
