***One teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate***
I keep a box by the bed. I also brush my teeth with it. The only time I have a problem with reflux is when I eat too late or too much.

I brush my teeth with a 50/50 Sodium Bicarbonate and Salt combo about once a month. The Sodium Bicarb is quite abrasive. I don’t think it’s a good idea to use it all the time. I’m not an expert though. I can tell when I’ve used it too much. When I use my whitener, my teeth are sensitive to it when I’ve used Sodium Barcarb too much.

That’s pretty much when I get acid influx too. Too much, too late, the wrong types of foods.

If I’m just reasonably careful, I seldom get it anymore.
