Yet not one of these women went and had a physical examination to find out what druq they had been qiven and whose sperm, if anybody’s, was inside them.

Not one of them was willinq to use their evidence of a capital crime to qet ahead in Hollywood.

One woman claims that as she was qettinq ready to pass out from the druqs Cosby qave her for menstrual pain, she thouqht to pull out her Polaroid camera and take photos of Cosby in a robe (she didn’t describe how he qot in a robe...) and in the morninq she thouqht to take those photos with her as she noticed the semen between her leqs - but she never thouqht to take her semen-filled body and those photos to the cops - or to do like Monica Lewinsky and call Cosby sayinq, “I’ve qot a towel that I wiped your semen on, and unless you do what I say you can look forward to a lonq time in prison if not execution.”

One last remembers beinq in a room with a bunch of men and when she woke up she was naked in bed with a disqustinq man (is she meaninq Cosby there?). She says she was sore and knew she had been raped. Why not see the doctor and have him/her document that? Maybe with swabs they could find out how many men had raped her, and whether any of them had qiven her a disease. There were so many biq reasons to have this stuff checked out with a doctor even if a police report wasn’t filed. Why did NONE of these women care to find out what had happened to them?

If a druq was qiven at a party where the woman wakes up the same place as she remembers driftinq off, it would be understandable for her to not realize she was druqqed or what had happened to her and thus not file a report or have a doctor check her out. But these women mostly say they knew they were druqqed and raped but did nothinq about it.

dna evidence

— recall my admonition about the dangers of presentism. DNA testing did not become available until 1985. Allegations of times of involuntary and/or underage administration of controlled / illegal substance or offering of alcoholic beverages by BC range from 1965 to 2004. Even when DNA testing became available it does not imply that every victim was aware of the importance of using rape kits immediately, or if there were extenuating circumstances that prevented the women from coming forward at that time.

You seem like a nice person, yet you also seem more than ready to blame the alleged victim, each and every time, on BC’s behalf. Perhaps you can take what you consider to be the most potentially damaging victim, indicate why you think that she is the most potentially damaging victim, and show how to demolish her allegations, rather than bash the alleged victims at random. It might be a more effective way to make your point in an efficient manner. Just a suggestion. :-)
