All the news is condemning the police for Eric Garner's death. I watched numerous videos of the event but all are edited. I ask...what events took place prior to the police taking him to the ground?
that’s exactly what happened. He had a heart attack at the moment they took him down, the choke hold had nothing to do with it besides the fact that it was part of the process that took him down.
He offered the cops a smoke and they got made when he didn’t have a light.
mad
I was wondering what happened to this case of police brutality in Fullerton Ca. In my opinion, the outcome was horrific.
The excuse used by these cops is that they were “just following their training” when they unnecessarily kill people and/or pets. Time for the training to be seriously changed. The Department of Homeland insecurity did this. They nationalized policing. Bill Clinton started it. Policing used to be strictly local and State.
I saw that part where he “resisted” arrest. He’s was not looking like a man who needed murdering for the safety of cops. They were apparently harassing him because he had been caught in the past selling ciggs - 8 times.
He was telling them to stop harassing him. He said he was doing nothing wrong and he told them that last time they put their hands on him, he was doing nothing and told them to stop harassing him.
I don’t know if the choke hold is illegal or not in New York. But as the cop was choking him, he was saying he could not breathe in shorthand as he struggled for breath to tell them.
If cops can get away with what they did in my post above to Kelly in Fullerton, CA., they can get away with anything. Time to change laws.
Yes, if they order you to shoot Sarajohnson, do it or you will be shot.
Sorry Sara, but I don’t wanna be found floating in the river...I have a wife and kids and a job on the waterfront...So, no hard feelings...Any last words?
The edited versions rarely include the first minutes of the confrontation (which by the way was requested by local minority shop owners whose business was being hurt by Garner’s activities) - the complete version includes his shouting, jumping around and gesturing when he was first told he was under arrest - and resisting arrest is a crime, more serious than selling untaxed cigarettes....

Oh noz!!!!!!!!!
Oh, I forgot a small detail. Travis McGee caught wind of what was going down and was hiding in the bushes. : )
Second, black racists who pick the worst cases to support so they can lose them, and then claim it's because Americans are racist.
Where were these guys when this happened ?
IIRC, it was 30 times, but that is not the point.
The real point is that the cops were also called because there was a FIGHT in front of the store involving ERIC.
His 'friend' who took the video SAYS that ERIC was just breaking up the fight.
What started it ? Was it over Eric selling cigs in front of the store ? Was it an angry customer, the store owner, and employee ? Was it over someone who was complaining about the price Eric was asking ?
That is what they ARE NOT TELLING US.
