A male model saved his female friend from a disastrous 1984 night with Bill Cosby when, he claimed, he found her incoherent and "messed up" inside the star's Manhattan brownstone.
Tony Hogue said he helped a booker at his modeling agency escape from the comedian's apartment after she appeared to be drugged that September. Both were visiting from Denver for Fashion Week.
The unidentified woman later became one of 12 Jane Does in a 2005 sexual assault case against Cosby.

Answer: Money and Power If an “ordinary” person had attempted to do what Cosby has evidently done, they would have been in jail years ago. And I imagine at the time, some of these very young girls (now aging women) thought that perhaps it was the price they had to pay in the furtherance of their careers in the entertainment business. That plus the fear that no one at the time would believe their stories. Now with DNA, Cosby would be a dead duck five minutes after he zipped up his pants. Just hope that Cosby goes the way of OJ Simpson. Maybe he can’t be criminally prosecuted, but civilly, it’s another ballgame.
In the 90s, I heard that he liked white women brought to him. But that was it. I wasn’t aware of any rapes.
Nessy civil actions are routinely settled out of court by folks worhr a half billion bucks or more.
Money is always the reason for such suits, else no civil suit, instead pursuing criminal charges.
Hollywood is the scummiest place on earth, nothing new. This witch hunt is about money, pure and simple. Cosby fit right in to “the scene”. He didn’t invent it, and was just one of many. Cosby had something the girls wanted, and they had something he wanted. There were no innocents involved, and that is why you didn’t see the cops getting involved.
There are innocents involved in the Hollyweird pedo-machine though. Parents pressure their children to be famous and turn a blind eye to their abuse.

Nonsense, America’s dad did not settle out of court with sealed records when charged with drugging and raping a woman, and when 13 others come forward willing to testify to support her, because it was the routine way to handle charges of you having been a serial rapist over 40 years with a primary method of drugging your victims.
That is just the way America’s “dad” handles that sort of thing because it is “routine”?
In your mind Cosby never raped a woman, I don’t think it looks that way at all.
My feeling is that you have to place these crimes ... And each one IS a crime, in context with the time they were happening. That is during the sexual revolution with drugs and all sorts of other stuff.
Rape is very hard for women to report even at the best of times. They often think they are at fault and are afraid of the perp.
Too,long ago for evidence. The best these women are going to get, and I think they know it, is an apology.

Rape is a criminal act. NO criminal charges were ever filed, that fact is what is in my mind.
I have never met the man, and do not know what he may or may not have done 4 decades ago. Admittedly, very few of these accusers can clearly articulate what happened. They admitted they were drinking and taking drugs, that is not the same as “being drugged” to me.
So if all (or most) of these women were white, I am assuming these will be considered hate crimes.
Many a man has been wronged with false allegations.
And why not?
There is no penalty if the accuser is a woman.
Perhaps Bills heart is black as sin.
I will leave that to a court to decide.
Two police reports have been filed on him.
In the case where he settled, the DA is convinced that he drugged and raped the victim and has publicly said so, but he felt he did not have the evidence to convict Cosby.
That was for a rape 10 years ago, not 40 years ago, and drugging his victims seems to be his main method.
I have, but not of rape. Just don’t be silly and think these women might become pregnant.
Please list the charges filed and the convictions from those charges.
