You sure seem determined in your defense of Cosby, were you this determined on Juanita Broaddrick and her claim of a 1978 rape that surfaced in the Paula Jones suit in 1997?
Just like 13 rape accusers came forth to support Constand’s claim against Cosby, by testifying to the drug/rape method he used on them?
You might have missed the small discrepancy in net worth between the accused in the 2 cases. And you might want to brush up on the difference in criminal and civil cases.
You can not “settle” criminal cases for cash. Nor can you be imprisoned as a result of a civil case.
Your “boys” were wealthy enough to settle with a hooker.
Why are you trying to bring them up anyway, you see that as comparable to 20 mature accusers covering a 40 year period, and Cosby having settled with one who accused him of the drugging/raping, with 13 more women willing to testify against him and that method?
How many other celebrities accused of being serial rapists over a time of decades, casually settle out of court as though it is just a nuisance suit?
You can not “settle” a criminal indictment, are you on drugs?
The “boys” were not rich, upper middle class, not worth anywhere near 5 million between all of them, Cos is worth over a half a billion (that is spelled with a B )
I brought up Niphong (a deluded prosecutor) because the only “proof” you can muster is the opinion of some deluded prosecutor. That the prosecutor never filed charges says it was all hot air.
I haven’t said that he settled a criminal charge, it is what she accused him of in her lawsuit and he settled out of court.

Your “boys” have nothing to do with this at all, but they did have enough to settle with that local hooker if you are right.
The republican DA’s belief and the following successful lawsuit, indicate guilt on Cosby’s part and is one reason that you don’t settle out of court when you are accused of being a serial rapist during an almost 40 year period.

What successful law suit are you referring to? “Settled” means it was dropped and not pursued any further.
It was agreed by both parties to drop the suit, a judge NEVER ruled on it, and there was no “successful lawsuit” to use as an example.
the 13 witnesses you keep mentioning never testified to anything, justy like the 42 witnesses Cosby had never testified either.
Constand’s suit was settled, “The suit was settled for an undisclosed amount in 2006.”
It wasn’t dropped, it was won.
The 13 other women were waiting to testify to his assaults on them, it was Paula Jones’s suit that brought out Juanita Broaddrick, a rape claim that you must really mock.

I think most believe that he had been doing this a long time. But it's not like he kidnapped these females off the street. They were groupies. Aspiring starlets who would do anything to become famous. However, like most aspiring starlets, they now figure out they were being used.
The question is WHY NOW ?
Do you know what started all this 'recent' interest in Cosby and these women ?
It’s just a good thing that young females, while drinking alcohol and taking quaaludes, can’t get pregnant.
AND returning night after night to do the same thing.
BUT...there seem to be some 'layers' to this thing so I imagine over the years it spanned all the way from the 'naive and innocent' to the disposable girls at the Playboy Mansion.
I still find it odd that with all this 'sex' going on that none of them got pregnant.

I’m sure Cos had his concubines all over the place. Power is the greatest aphrodisiac. He’s no different than all the NBA players out there that boast their exploits. Didn’t Wilt brag that he slept with 1000 women?
What is different here is the allegations that he drugged the women. Has there ever been proof of that? IF all these women were drugged, why is it that not one... not one went to the please...had a drug test etc?

Could be. He has been vocal on black men standing up and taking responsibility for their families. Could be he's the devil incarnate. It all happened so long ago, it's nothing but he said/she said.
That’s my take too, but I’m not saying that is going on here. It’s possible, one of several possibilities.
