You can not “settle” a criminal indictment, are you on drugs?

I brought up Niphong (a deluded prosecutor) because the only “proof” you can muster is the opinion of some deluded prosecutor. That the prosecutor never filed charges says it was all hot air.

I haven’t said that he settled a criminal charge, it is what she accused him of in her lawsuit and he settled out of court.

There were 13 more women to support the drug/rape method he used.

Your “boys” have nothing to do with this at all, but they did have enough to settle with that local hooker if you are right.

The republican DA’s belief and the following successful lawsuit, indicate guilt on Cosby’s part and is one reason that you don’t settle out of court when you are accused of being a serial rapist during an almost 40 year period.

Interesting you brought up the Duke case. Note how the lacrosse players loudly proclaimed their innocence and called the accusations 'damnable lies'. They did this despite being in a much more precarious legal situation than Cosby.
