Why? From what I understand, because of the mans weight he already had breathing problems. How would a police officer know that? Any other man wouldn't have died from this. Should the officer have stopped everything and called someone to check this guys health records before confronting him? Really?

There must’ve been some sort of endangerment type charge that they could be convicted on. Instead, the DA went for the big one knowing he’d lose and not be a “rat” to his LE buddies.
