Yeah, they piled onto a fat guy. That’s deadly. They knew it. They heard him gasping and pleading that he couldn’t breathe. And watched him die. They’re a gang of savages.
There must’ve been some sort of endangerment type charge that they could be convicted on. Instead, the DA went for the big one knowing he’d lose and not be a “rat” to his LE buddies.
If cops let up on perps every time they protested “I can’t breathe! The cuffs are too tight! You’re hurting me!” then they’d rarely get anyone into custody, genius.
