Thanks for the post. There is another important concept to understand about the relation of Muslims to the Koran versus Christians and Jews to the Bible. Muslims, if they indeed are true to their faith, believe that the Koran represents the exact words of G-d Almighty and they are bound to observe each and every direction within the Koran even when they are in conflict between one commandment and another. Christians and Jews are at the most bound to believe the Bible is ‘inspired’ by G*d from first verse to last. That is why all but a small number eccentric Orthodox Jews simply ignore much of Deuteronomy and the parts of Joshua that appear to bless genocide against enemies. Muslims have been ordered by G*d to go forth and conquer through the jihad that is powerful medicine especially considering how backward and retardate Arab Muslim culture is
