Once upon a time, evidently, gays and lesbians in Mississippi were able to marry one another and live in wedded bliss. But then the evil segregationists there deprived them of this fundamental right, so the judge is restoring it to them.

I suspect the judge got all this amazing information from the new AP history exam the leftists have just put in place.

Meh. Why should only heteroes be miserable in marriage?

*SMIRK*

I’ve given up on this gay marriage thing; I just ignore these weirdos. Nature will sort them out for us.

Obama appointed judge.

Harry Reid blocked the Republicans from being able to resist judicial appointments in the senate, and then, very quickly, the Democrats confirmed the most radical and ideologically fanatical judges they could find, to a slew of lifetime bench appointments.

In exchange, even before the elections, Mitch McConnell decided to give the Democrats the power to logjam and roadblock everything the Republicans did in the senate, in the name of “fairness”.

Mitch McConnell should be put in a prison filled with rapists, in the name of fairness.

Insane...

My question to those who believe that equal protection be extended to acting on sexual orientation.

What happens when the DSM-VI declares pedophilia and pederastry as mere ‘orientation’ rather than disorder... As early versions of the DSM-V declared?

Could the writers of the 14th Amendment ever have imagined that the constitution would protect the rights of the 80 year old man with the 8 year old bride? Also, would local non discrimination laws force people to participate either the ceremony or the celebration of such a union?

The lawyers on our side of the debate are absolutely failing if they don’t make this argument... Which is get real. What kind of precedents are we setting?

When did Constitutional wisdom turn to Constitutional madness?

“Though we cherish our traditional values, they must give way to constitutional wisdom.”

“We have no government armed with the power capable of contending with human passions, unbridled by morality and true religion. Our Constitution is made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”- John Adams

I wonder if the New York Times will publish the home address of Judge Carlton Reeves and his wife, as they did to Mr. & Mrs. Darren Wilson? By the way, Reeves’ nomination to the federal bench was supported by none other than Sen. Thad Cochran, that great GOPe champion of Conservative principles.

God will not be mocked. U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves is bringing the wrath of God on these states.

Our nation is going down faster than I ever thought it would. Churches are lame and insignificant in the general public’s mind.

Christian legislators as well as the churches and citizens better step up to the plate and be counted on this decision.
