I don't trust CNN. Am watching the St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney speak right now. He has not yet said whatever CNN is reporting.
With CNN's track record, I'm inclined to believe the opposite.

A Grand Jury is charged is finding whether there is enough to remand a suspect for trial.
Its not a finding of innocence or guilt.
They decided there wasn’t evidence to charge Darren Wilson with a crime.
He may still face federal civil rights charges.
