Pfft. The Grand Jury is inherently UNFAIR -TO THE DEFENDENT (officer Wilson). The prosecutor presents the evidence, there is no judge or defense attorney to object to unfair, prejudicial, or irrelevant evidence.
The Grand Jury also gets to ask about anything else they might want to know. The prosecutor explains the law to the jurors. That’s why people say that a Grand Jury could indict a ham sandwich.
Was wondering about them looking into other aspects of the situation. Could they also indict his buddy for theft? Individuals for burning / destroying property? Inciting a riot etc?
