Benjamin Crump, attorney for Michael Browns family, called into question the grand jury proceedings against police officer Darren Wilson, saying the prosecutor was showing an unprecedented amount of deference in the case.
Why do we accept that when police kill our children, were just going to have this grand jury proceeding, and its different from everything else? Crump said. Its a problem with our system, when we have the local prosecutor, who has this symbiotic relationship with the local police department, and the local police officers, and has no relationship
It sounds like youve prejudged what the grand jury is going to say, Stephanopoulos said, somewhat taken aback. Have you already decided the process is unfair?
Oh, the process is completely unfair, Crump said. 99% of the time police officers arent charged when they kill young people of color.
Crump said he was certain Wilson would get a fair trial if indicted. I dont worry about due process for Officer Wilson, he said. I worry about due process for the little black boy lying dead on the ground.

My second day in the army was my 18th birthday. by 20 I was a SGT serving in 2nd Ranger Bn. That thug was not a little kid deserving of our pity. He was a thug through and through. He got exactly what he deserved.
“Little black boy”? Little!????
Wasn’t Crump one of the race-hustling lawyers in the St. Trayvon euthenasia case?
He was a gentle dwarf?
Crumplestiltskin is a phoney raciss.
Prejudged? You betcha.
Whence the disparity in stature? Giants are dwarves to them now.
Crump: I worry about due process for the little black boy lying dead on the ground.
“WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH !”
“We wantz a lynch mob, and we wantz it NOW !”
Actually it isn't different.
Oh, the process is completely unfair, Crump said. 99% of the time police officers arent charged when they kill young people of color.
Did you ever think maybe they had it coming? I'd say 99% is a good number. It means only 1% of the time was there someone killed who should not have been - and thus charges are brought. Actually I'd like to see that 99% number even higher.
I dont worry about due process for Officer Wilson, he said. I worry about due process for the little black boy lying dead on the ground.
Gee, maybe as a lawyer, an officer of the court, you should be equally concerned about due process for all parties in a proceeding. Just sayin'...
Little?
This is just a shake down by the Black Grievance Industry
Remember this?
Thanks for your service. My induction day in the Navy was 2 months & 8 days after my 17th birthday. At 18, Michael Brown was a dangerous, 6’4”, 300-lb. thug.
“Forget due process! Just lynch him already!”
They’re probably pissed that the decision wasn’t released weeks ago when the riot crowd was at a fever pitch. Between the colder weather, Thanksgiving this week and Christmas around the corner, getting harder to spew venom on the streets 24/7.
There were men even younger than that in the earlier wars, as I’m sure you know. They weren’t boys.
