I’m sure that in his own megalomaniac narcissistic mind he has been restrained. I’m sure that the evil that is bouncing around that little head is quite drastic, but he has been told that what he wants to do, if done now might really put him in the Impeachment boat or that it definitely will condemn the Democrat Party to a Republican President in 2016.
