Rumor has it that in anticipation of renewed conflict after the Grand Jury decision, the St. Louis County Police will be helicoptering over Ferguson, dropping job applications, as a means of dispersing the crowds.

I've an older cousin whose son lives about a mile from downtown Fergadishu.

He reports that for the past week there have been choppers traversing the area practically nonstop.
Adding to the fun, the attached megawattage searchlights are sweeping everyone's property all night long.
