The report goes on to recount how one of the handouts from the conference promotes meth use to help sexual drive. Indeed, the KOIN report says, a section of the handout . . . read: Meth is widely used for a million reasons to have lots of sex with lots of partners for long periods. So, Big Murder is now pushing kids to use meth.

They also seem to think that any sort of perversion is preferable to pregnancy. How warped is that?

Unbelievable. From what I've read, meth IS a widely used drug in the gay community.
The problem is it only works as an "aphrodisiac" for a short time. With continued use, your penis stops working. Forever.

looks like the Oregon TV expose has ‘grubered’ this sex education expert, Mr. Victor.
He should be fired from the education industry forever.

When confronted about the graphic content, the conferences director, Brad Victor, declined to comment about one session in particular about performing sex acts over Skype and whether those sessions could potentially be recorded and used against a student later. Is this interview going down this line the whole time? If it is, Im walking out. Im serious about this, said Victor. Victor is also spokesperson for the Teen Pregnancy Task Force, according to the report. Maybe one of the hundreds of FBI agents working Ferguson could take off a few hours and check out Victor...

has Planned Parenthood on its steering committee. When asked whether he thought the suggestions given in the pamphlets prevent teen sex, Victor refused to comment.
Hmmm...I wonder how these two statements are related.
Is it possible that this is simply another PP marketing tool?
Nah - that would be evil...

I am thinking that an oversized set of pajamas for both to sleep in for “intimacy” but not sex, is a joke. Two naked bodies touching is a prelude to sex between ANY two people. Given the nature of teens, especially boys, it is a certainty. Of course I came from a time when girls kept a handle on it for the most part. Now girls are openly and excitedly part of the “hook-up” culture.
