Abbott is saying he files as soon as the EO is signed. What he needs to do now is file without the EO and file against the solicitation of the CARDS! Shut General Dynamics down on the CARD manufacturing and shut down any and all federal contractors that are involved in the CARDS.

General Dynamics Board Selects James S. Crown to be Lead Director
FALLS CHURCH, Va. – The board of directors of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) has selected James S. Crown, 56, to serve as lead director. Crown’s service as lead director will begin on May 5, 2010. He is the board’s first lead director, filling a position that was created in February.
Crown is the longest-serving member of the General Dynamics’ board, having been a director since 1987. He is president of Henry Crown and Company of Chicago, Ill. He also serves as a director of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Sara Lee Corporation.

An Illinois investor whose core wealth comes from huge military contractor General Dynamics, Crown is worth with his family $4 billion, according to Forbes. He also owns stakes in the Chicago Bulls and various hotels and ski resorts.
He and his family have been extremely generous to Obama. Lester’s son James bundled $500,000 or more for the Obama presidential campaign. James and his wife chipped in another $100,000 for the inauguration. Lester Crown along with employees of his investment firm, Henry Crown and Co. have donated over $100,000 to Obama’s campaigns since 2003, according to a Johns Hopkins review. Crown has also given large contributions to many congressional Democrats, as well as a few Republicans.
In the heat of the primary in January 2008, when Obama’s pro-Israel bona fides were under attack, Crown authored a mass email to Jewish voters vouching for Obama on the issue. The group is staying near Buttermilk Mountain, at the “huge private home” of Jim and Paula Crown — the family that owns Aspen Skiing Co. There are a large number of Secret Service agents with them, and the Crowns have reportedly relocated to Little Nell Hotel until things quiet down.
The Crown family is from Chicago, the Obamas’ home town. Paula Crown is a member of President Barack Obama’s President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities.
