Left-wing website AlterNet declared pets “Public Enemy Number Two,” just days after one of its writers shamed moms as “environmental villains” for having children.
AlterNet, which is known for its kooky posts, has stirred liberal guilt and promoted climate alarmism many times. But many animals lovers would be outraged by the article that went after pets because of their “surprising negative impact” on temperatures and for pushing the world toward “climate catastrophe.”
Larry Schwartz, a freelance writer, wrote on AlterNet November 17 that pets are “Public Enemy Number Two” after humans because of their massive “carbon paw prints.”

It’s amazing to me that people don’t clearly see that the Climate Alarmists are not only scam artists and heavy duty socialists, but they are stark raving mad!

Further down the article the writer mentions a couple considering having a child. Their main issue on the pros and cons list they made up (WHAT!) was on the con side concerning how much of an ecological impact the child would have. Nutz? Uh, yeah.

Any time I hear one of these morons spewing that we have too many people, I ask them how come they haven't offed themselves yet. Exactly! It’s a twofer, the world’s IQ gets a boost along with a reduction in our “carbon footprint.” Margaret Sanger didn’t go far enough in her analysis.
Simply put, liblogic. Paraphrase; ask not what you can do for others, but what can others do for you so you feel better about yourself and all your “sacrifice”.
I am with you and then some. Mess with my hounds, mess with my family, your carbon foot print will be reduced to decomposition. If it is bad enough, I might go into the hog farming business.

Actually, what I'm aiming for is 1500 or even 1800 ppm CO2 and +2o Celsius. Much greener planet and my garden would be OK until first week of November.
