That is what Jeff sessions has done, as explained by the lead of the article in question, what has Enzi done?
even though Enzi has not served as ranking minority member on the Budget committee or led publicly on budgetary issues, his seniority would bump Sessions from the position.
I will let the reader judge whether relitigating George Bush's vacations is relevant to this discussion. Perhaps we ought to consider the relative merits of Sessions vs. Enzi. But in your relentless effort to cover for Enzi you try to divert the discussion away from matters relevant.
Indeed. If it's a question about who would make a better Senate Budget Committee Chairman (rather than a question of who would make a better Senator from a Wyoming, where the evidence is overwhelmingly against Princess Liz), I'd probably lean Sessions as well, based on the evidence I've seen thus far.
However, the fact is that the bid for Budget Committeeman Chairman is a contest for an open slot, that is being contested by two reliable conservatives.
Continuing to flat out lie about Mike Enzi's record in office and falsely claiming he's a liberal and a RINO isn't helping your cause. Nor is distorting the reality of the situation by portraying Sessions as the sitting Budget Committee Chairman and pretending that Enzi is trying to "strip" or "oust" Sessions from that job.
It there was a debate about whether to have a hamburger or hot dog for lunch, I could yell over and over again on FR that hamburger is a vegetable and that putting hamburger is a bun will rid the world of all hot dogs. That wouldn't make it the truth.
Jeff Sessions is a good, honest, principled man. It's a shame some people on this forum resort to such despicable tactics to advocate on his behalf. Hopefully he will win the post in spite of your antics.
