The little dictator-in-chief is set to announce his unconstitutional attempt to circumvent and subvert the constitutional powers of Congress Thursday night, as he attempts to single-handedly grant millions of illegal aliens defacto amnesty and then head off to Las Vegas to party with Harry Reid.
A little past noon Wednesday the 19th, the White House posted a Facebook announcement that reads as follows;
“It’s time to fix our broken immigration system. Tomorrow night (November 20th), President Obama will address the nation on new commonsense steps he’s taking to fix as much of it as he can. Tune in tomorrow at 8pm ET on http://WhiteHouse.gov/Immigration-Action #ImmigrationAction”
Does Barack Hussein Obama have any constitutional authority to alter U.S. Immigration and Naturalization laws or rules via Executive Order?
The answer is not just NO, it is absolutely not!
Article I – Section 8, under the enumerated powers of Congress, the U.S. Constitution assigns all legal authority to establish rules and regulate United States Immigration and Naturalization solely to the U.S. Congress, which has indeed established a uniform set of rules for immigrating to the United States and becoming a United States citizen.
Article II relative to the Executive powers of the Oval Office makes no mention of any law-making authority whatsoever, any powers to regulate Immigration or Naturalization rules, or any power to circumvent or subvert the Laws of the United States as established by Congress. There is also no mention of Executive Orders or special executive powers in Article II of the U.S. Constitution.
Therefore, Barack Hussein Obama has NO constitutional legal authority whatsoever to alter, circumvent, subvert or otherwise ignore the standing laws of the United States concerning Immigration and Naturalization...

Why is Obama going to Nevada to announce his detailed plan and to celebrate? According to a Pew report released a few days ago, Nevada has the highest percentage of illegal aliens relative to its total population (7.6%) of any state in the nation.
It is said that the Judicial has the authority to review and reverse Executive Orders. I assume that is what Jonathon Turley will pursue.
My thinking is that nobama well recognizes that this is the law, that he is unlikely to get away with it and is more or less just flipping us all the bird for our audacity to seeing “the Emperor has no clothes”.

The broadcast networks were not asked for time by the administration, sources tell me. The time zone difference will see NBC, CBS as well as ABC adding coverage of Obama’s immigration speech to the West Coast versions of their national nightly news shows.
I do find it interesting that Fox will not air it. No doubt Murdoch is a big amnesty supporter. Fox can't be trusted on immigration. They are all in the tank for their corporate paymasters.

Who really believes that a House Resolution that says the current Oval Office occupier cannot do something will stop him from doing anything? He doesnt care about Resolutions, the law, or the Constitution. He is a disgrace on the Office of the President.

Does the senate need 67 votes or 2/3 of the sitting senators to throw him out of office at an impeachment trial? If so, how do you suppose this can be done with so many democrats in the senate?
Nobama has been such a empty threatener, he may end up announcing something so watered down it will neither do what has been promoted nor require much response.

ONLY IF Congress allows him to get away with it. It’s a wait, and see now. This new Congress must hit the ground running in January, but in the interim Republican’s have the house, and they can defund Obama long enough for the new majority to seat in January, and put the brakes to Obamania.
I don't think anyone has ever tried to "impeach" a member of the House, but suspect they'd rule the "expel only" option also applies. However, there is a sure fire way to take care of Mrs. Botox. Just refuse to seat her in the new Congress and seat her GOP opponent, John Dennis, instead. That only takes a majority vote of the House and the will to use it. Reportedly Dennis won 17% of the vote this month, one third of a majority and thus has 1/3 more right to the CA-12 seat than Obama has to executive amnesty! The same could be done to the rest of the current House minority leadership and other desired House rats. The same can't be used on Harry Reid as he wasn't up for re-election. Perhaps it could be done to Durbin. When the Rats scream such violates the will of those who 'elected them' point out it doesn't violate near as many voters wishes as Obama's executive amnesty, which was voted down by a national landslide. Drop the amnesty and we'll reconsider who gets seated.
As for impeaching both Obama and Biden, by all means try it. However, have you met John Boehner? We'd better first elect a new speaker.
