A group of Walmart employees pushing for higher wages said on Friday they were planning protests at 1,600 Walmart stores nationwide on Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year in the United States.

Looks like lots of Jobs opening up at Wal Mart soon. People who want to work —will.
The vast majority of these “workers” do not work for Wallmart, they work for the unions (but don’t get union wages). So they are not really walking off the job - that IS their job; paid protesters. I used to see lots of help wanted ads for them when I was looking for work, the headline was “Have an activist career”.
That didn’t happen here. But somebody from around here doesn’t like WalMart, because twice this town has voted to build a Super WalMart, and twice the vote has been overridden by a lawsuit.
I tend to avoid Wal Mart anyhow.
But I agree that they should post “Help Wanted” signs the day before the strike starts.
How to respond? Fire all of the “strikers” promote those who stay on the job and open the doors to new applicants. Whenever a new Walmart opens there are usually hundreds more applicants than jobs available. Stores will be disrupted briefly but well worth it in long run.
W-M workers are few and far between at these protests. The huge majority are from United Food and Commercial Workers Union, with assist from other unions. You can't fire people who don't work for you.
How do you fire people who don't work for you?
To all employees: IF you don’t work your scheduled hours on black Friday, you will not be employed at Walmart on Saturday.
That is all.
I’m sure they have STACKS of applications to thumb through.
