With rape allegations against Bill Cosby mounting, supermodel Janice Dickinson tells ET in a new interview that the comedian sexually assaulted her in 1982.
Dickinson, now 59, recalls first meeting Cosby, now 77, when her agent set up a meeting with him to hire her for a role on The Cosby Show. After they had dinner, she says their next conversation was when he called her out of the blue while she was in rehab for drugs and alcohol. Following her stay in rehab, Dickinson says Cosby reached out to her during a trip to Bali and had her travel to Lake Tahoe, because he was performing there and wanted to offer her the job they had discussed as well as help her with a singing career.
Dickinson says they had dinner in Lake Tahoe, and claims that he gave her a glass of red wine and a pill, which she asked for because she was menstruating and had stomach pains.

And that's when she tells ET that things took a disturbing turn.
"The next morning I woke up, and I wasn't wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man," she tells ET. "... Before I woke up in the morning, the last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain. The next morning I remember waking up with my pajamas off and there was semen in between my legs."

“I knew a skilled yacht painter in Charleston SC 20 years ago. He also did high-end private plane and jet painting jobs. He did a custom paint job for Cosby’s jet and was around him long enough to be shocked. He said he had never met or known somebody who was so 180* different in real life from the crafted TV persona. He was a screamer, a dictator, and a constant humiliator of his family, posse, assistants, and even temporary employees like him when no cameras were rolling.”
This was totally shocking and almost unbelievable to me at the time, it was so 180* out of his image and what I believed of him. This custom painter (technically skilled artist) had many anecdotes that covered the several weeks he was in occasional contact with Cosby and his posse. It was so amazingly out of sync with his image, that it was shocking. According to his version, Cosby went into screaming tirades at the drop of a hat. Family, posse, worker-bees, anybody. I had no reason do disbelieve this painter/artist. For 20 years, I’ve been waiting for a story like this to drop.”

Exactly. Now the dam is broken the aggrieved woman come out. Some are fakers and for some it was more like date rape. But some were obviously raped by this creep who was put out as a black role model. And his Bill Cosby show was propaganda to be more tolerant. Tolerant to what? Rape of lets face it......white women?

So she can’t really remember if she were trying to sleep her way to the top, or if she was taken advantage of. In light of the piling on, I assume she sees a way to get her name out there again, and make money at the same time.

He was very clever. The assaults/drug rapes took place in embarrassing no-win locations for the girls, after a careful grooming / trust establishment process.

He won their trust, then utterly betrayed it. And left them waking up, raped in a fog or a coma, in a place where if they went to the police, even if they were believed, they would look like sluts.

I read some articles on this a week ago and allegedly it was well known that Cosby liked to have 'white women' sent to his room. This means that the staff and media surrounding Cosby KNEW.
I don't see these people who supported him in whatever perversions he may have had as being worthy of trust. How much of it was him and how much of it was them 'providing' for his whims ?
Seems to me there are a lot people who were aiding and abetting Cosby in these alleged acts, including many of the female 'victims'.
None of that, of course, justifies his behavior.
After a certain number join the pile and details come out like attempts to get the police involved but failing, then the question gets larger.
If Cosby really does have demons, he needs for the sake of his own sanity to confess them.

There was always something off about Savile, who hosted the BBC’s “Jim’ll Fix it,” palled around with the royal family, reportedly spent holidays with the Thatchers and was knighted not only by Queen Elizabeth but by Pope John Paul II. But most forgave his idiosyncratic nature. He was, after all, a great man. He raised $5.2 million for a hospital in Leeds, one of the United Kingdom’s largest. He volunteered countless hours as a hospital aide, busing patients to and fro. He helped scores of young doctors get their starts.
Sure, there were rumors. Whispers that he wasn’t everything he seemed. Murmurs he was really a sexual predator and had abused dozens of children. But they never stuck. Not Jimmy Savile, people told themselves — not “fix-it Jim.”
On October 29, 2011, Savile died at his home in Leeds. “Most of all, I remember him as just a totally flamboyant, over-the-top, larger-than-life character,” radio presenter David Hamilton told the Guardian, praising his “tireless” philanthropy. “And as he was on the air, he was just the same off.”
But he wasn’t. And just how wrong that assessment was emerged this month.
Savile, according to a U.K. National Health Service investigation released Thursday, was a prolific pedophile. The health service investigation only confirmed behavior described in several earlier probes since his death. In all, Savile is believed to have abused at least 500 girls and boys, some as young as two, most between 13 and 15, as well as countless adults ranging up to 75 years old. With unfettered access to Leeds General Infirmary, the health service report said, he raped and fondled boys, girls, men and women in offices and corridors. He also allegedly committed sexual acts on dead bodies, and even told several hospital workers that he made jewelry out of one man’s glass eyeball.
As shocking as the findings are, even more shocking is the fact that Savile got away with it for so long. That realization has “shaken our country to the core,” U.K. Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt said Thursday. For decades, while Savile hosted show after show and glad-handed, the abuse went on. Numerous columns have asked: How? How did no one know? Why wasn’t he stopped?
The answer, according to the National Health Service, psychologists, and academics, lies in the pervasive and intimidating power of celebrity. He was so well-known that even when his behavior struck some as strange or lewd, he was allowed to carry on because he was Jimmy Savile and was raising millions. “I don’t know if he were a law unto himself, but because of his celebrity status, he sort of basically had the run of the place,” one hospital worker told investigators.
One woman recalled Savile sexually assaulting her when she was 16. Even decades later, she told investigators, she remembered it vividly. After he was done, he turned an imperial eye to her. “You won’t talk about this,” he told her. “Nobody will believe you. I’m Jimmy Savile. I can get you.” The girl said she told her mother, but she didn’t believe her. The girl never talked about it again.

Not only liberals get raped. Not only liberal women get taken advantage of by powerful men. It happens to FReepers’ sisters, daughters, and mothers.
Innocent before proven guilty, yes, but we are having a free discussion, not running a trial, and most of the posters here seem to be giving Bill Cosby the benefit of the doubt because he said some common sense things.
Hey, conservative men here who are trashing the victim, how are you different from Clinton’s “bimbo alert” patrol? Even the words, bimbo alert, denigrate the women Clinton seduced through power or outright Attacked.
Granted, the old 'it just happened to happen' theory is possible.
Celebrities are the American version of royalty.
The size and evidence of the scandal matters... there is plenty of wickedness in this land by both genders.
Lets say he had a modus operandi. A strategy in advance for these rapes. Same as many criminals are identifiable their pattern
Its amusing to see how off on this many freepers are. And dismissing these rapes because The Coz has made some semi-conservative statements in the last few years that black people should be more responsible and not blame everything on white racism
