Israeli Druze Policeman Fighting for his Life>
Zidan Sayif (27) Israeli Druze Policeman was the first policeman on the scene at this mornings terror attack, and he now is fighting for his life.
The critically wounded policeman, was shot in the head during a gun-battle with the terrorists at the shul this morning in Har Nof massacre in Jerusalem.
The terrorists turned their attention away from massacring additional Jewish worshipers to do gun battle with the heroic policeman.
Sayifs parents and wife are at his bedside at Hadassah hospital praying for his recovery. Sayif has a 7 month old daughter as well.
We hope and pray for him too, that he has a speedy and full recovery and embrace his family during this difficult time.

Israeli Druze Leader: We Are Not Palestinians
JNS.org Israeli Druze are not Palestinians, a Druze leader said regarding a proposed law to officially codify Israels status as a Jewish state.
As opposed to Muslim Arabs, members of the Druze community tend to be pro-Israel.
We are not Palestinians and do not have religious or cultural connections with them, but are full Israeli citizens. I want the state to be a Jewish state and not one of all its citizens, said Atta Farhat, the head of the Druze Zionist Council for Israel, according to The Jerusalem Post.
Farhat said Jews respect others and their way of life.
We see what is happening in Iraq, Egypt, and other Arab countries. We dont want to live under a government of darkness, but where we have freedom, added Farhat.

How sad. God bless him and his family.
He gave his life trying to save Israeli’s, that’s a hero in my book..and if it were not for him, many many more could have been killed
Sadly, you’re right. He died.
God bless and hold him dear.
I feel so sad for his family.
He’s a hero.
Rest in peace, officer.
Sad. I watched this video of Druze Israeli soldiers hiking back from deployment to their homes with the women singing on the balconies for them and throwing a party. I almost had tears watching that thanksgiving for their heroes.
Rest in peace.
