A Navy veteran has been fired and branded a terrorist for posting Facebook pictures of scores of Homeland Security SUVs parked at a hotel near Ferguson where he works.
Mark Paffrath, who worked for the Drury hotel chain, took photos and a video of dozens of vehicles marked with the logos of the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Protection Services which arrived in the parking lot of Chesterfields Drury Plaza Hotel last week.
The vehicles are parked about a 30-minute drive from Ferguson, Missouri.

Paffrath says he was also told by his superiors that he put the hotel's $150, 000 contract with the Department of Homeland Security in jeopardy.

Did the MSM get a pass when they took pictures?
It is just getting worse and worse isn’t it!
According to DHS all veterans are probable terrorists.
Paffrath insists the staff should have been told previously of the confidential nature of the visit and a message board telling staff of their stay only went up a day after he posted the photo
Really....
Not sure that's a bad thing. The agency is illegal and unaccountable. Are those the folks you want to get involved with?
DHS involved in a local policing issue?

Probably just to the extent of making sure it doesn't stay local.
A few things about that photo...what is the 149 dollar rate at the left and what is 115 a night = 1150 pts 18 nights 20700 points?
The professional protesters and “community activists” in Ferguson release a hit list of properties they intend to damage or destroy, and Obama MEETS with them to encourage them to “stay the course”.
This guy posts a couple of photographs of government vehicles which WE paid for, and he’s labeled a terrorist and loses his job.
Nice...
The Government Flunky or Flunky's that did that are the terrorists!
I am going to play devil’s advocate and say that the right or wrong, DHS is a paying customer to Drury and their employees have a duty to be discreet with paying customers. If the former Vet had a problem with Drury selling rooms to DHS, he should not take Drury’s money in the form of a paycheck to then rat out their customers. If you can’t be loyal to your employer, you shouldn’t take their money. Drury has chosen to serve DHS and their employees that serve customers have a duty to keep the customer’s business private.
The only question is... DHS is there to assist WHICH side?
Employee ticks off his employer and gets fired. Why is this news?
If I worked at a hotel, I KNOW I would take pictures of the guest’s vehicles and post them on Facebook...
...and, not expect repurcussions.
Certainly makes one a terrorist /s
