Here’s an idea. In the freezing cold temps spray down all the business establishments entrances with water. A little slip sliding away is a nice way to deter the looters. Environmentally friendly too.
I’ve wondered how bad these protests will be considering that winter weather is arriving. They had a bit of snow there the other day.
And then kepp the hose out and continue spaying water, coating the protestors, so that they freeze.

That’s a good idea but I think a better idea is to spray down the protesters with 00 buckshot. That deters looters AND prevents repeat offenders.
