There are males who are homosexual without being molested.
If it is proven that a gay gene does not exist, would that change their view of homosexuality? Not a chance.
Therefore, if there is a gay gene, why should anybody else change their view of homosexuality? They shouldn’t.
It does not matter a bit if there is or isn’t a gay gene.
People who get a sex change don’t care what genes they were born with either.
Then there must also be genes for transexuals, intersexuals, transgenders, transmen, transwomen, genderless, polyamorous, asexual, and especially the I-want-attention-because-I-an-extra-special-snowflake gene.
Agreed, the gay gene isn’t going to be passed down to another generation.
“Theres a gene that makes someone want to get reamed in the rear?”
LOL!!

many schools are teaching gay sex to the very young
<><><><
What school system are you referring to that teaches the mechanics of gay sex to the very young.
All 3 of my kids have graduated from Maryland public schools and none of them experienced what you speak of.
What specificallly is being taught?
Genetic defects can often times be overcome and dealt with, but first one must come to terms with the fact that there is a problem.
They don’t want to find a genetic marker because you would be able to test people for homosexuality. If you didn’t have the marker and were gay, it means it was a choice. If you do have the marker and you are not gay, it means it was a choice.
I agree completely...which is why the ‘born gay’ viewpoint is spurious at best. It certainly should not be the basis for what, in George Will’s phrase are ‘freshly-minted rights.’
How do some “gays” and lesbians change their behavior? Genetics cannot be changed. I cannot change my eye color or my skin color. You can change how you behave.
Do you know the full details of thier entire sexual history from birth?
Who was their first sexual experience with, and what were the circumstances?
How about female homosexuals or bisexuals?
If homsexuality were genetic, then the gene sequence would be present in all homosexuals, both male and female, would it not?
Homosexuality is a learned behavior, and can be traced to factors in a person’s environment.
Wow, what a revelation. After all, it’s not like brothers would have been subjected to the same environmental conditions during their formative years or anything.
If they are “born that way”, why do they have to recruit?
I am pretty sure that there are multiple causes for homosexuality, one of which is genetic.
There are way too many gays in both sides of my husband’s family for it not to be hereditary, mesic ally considering the reaction of the parents in the older generation.
Identical twins have the exact same DNA because they came from the same fertilized egg. Identical twins do NOT have the same fingerprint, however. Fraternal twins do not have the same DNA.
Very strongly disagree.
In the one case I know of, I do know all the facts.
But I see you are one of the ones who believes gays are made, not born.
I will never agree with you.
God doesn’t make what He Himself calls abominations.
Men have to choose that.
