In Islam not everyone can judge what is islamic and what is not islamic. You must be a "Judge of the Codes" to say with authority what is true islam.

To be a "Judge of the Codes" you must:

1. Have comprehensive knowledge of Islamic Sources: Koran, Hadith & teachings of Muslims scholars followed by the recognized Islamic legal schools.

2. Have Command of Classical Arabic

3. Master “usul-al-fiqh” – tools & methods of correctly analyzing these sources

4. Requires a lifetime of study

5. Muslim Scholars memorize the Koran by age 10 (often without understanding the words, as Arabic is a foreign language)

Obama has done none of this. His opinion on Islam has the same values as the barking of dogs.
