Hey Brit!
“Rule in Washington; If the government gets shut down, Republicans get the blame, not some of the blame, not most of the blame...all of the blame.”
Brit, the Republicans just won both houses and elections across the fruited plain.
Did they get blamed or rewarded? I’ll take that kind of blame.
Transcript of Pelosi, House Democratic Leaders, and Economists Press Conference Following Economic Forum
Q: Can you give us an update on the health care [inaudible] how close were
Speaker Pelosi. Heres where we are. I have been in a meeting for four hours, but when I talk to the Members again today I will be talking to them about that issue of fiscal soundness, which is what we heard over and over again from our experts. They talked about how we needed to be fiscally sound, but we needed to invest in jobs. But they said in the health care bill we really have to do the job of taking down cost. We said that that was a universal message.
And that is what our purpose is, is to improve quality, lower cost, expand coverage, and retain choice for those who like what they have. And in doing so, as the President has said: Health care reform is entitlement reform and entitlement reform is essential to lowering the deficit.
And what I will show Members today is how what we are about to receive from the CBO shows how we are fiscally sound as we accomplish the purposes that I just mentioned and we will continue to work for the rest of the day on that. We are moving forward in a very positive way.
Brit warning Repubs if there is a shutdown they will get the blame. No Brit, they will get the credit from all but the STUPID Americans. The dirty little secret is shutdowns win elections.
Health Care: Watch Democrat shills like Geraldo say more people have coverage,
while disregarding the little guy who put the effort into paying their own insurance when it was affordable...
"Birthers"
I’ve followed Lankford from the first time he was elected as a US Rep from OK. He ran a campaign centered on using the Internet with a low budget and beat a sitting Dem. He’s a good guy and I hope he does as well as Senator. I’m looking forward to seeing FNS.
Pelosi’s one of those stupid voters Jonathan Gruber was talking about.
Wahn just did exactly that, and Brit did an accurate but somewhat muttering slapdown. He's off his game, must have a pounding hangover.
Brit looks like his moonbat mommie dressed him today.
Did you notice that RINO hyperliberal Brit Hume actually
smiled and agreed with Juan Williams in every attack
on conservatives? Every one.
Fox “News” is every part DNC and proRomneyCARE/ObamaCARE
despite the US population despising socialized medicine.
On Gruber: Wallace: they “Hid mandates”.
George Will: (They were) “Consciously deceptive.”
He feels that it will survive and “be changed”.
“It is now the ethic of the country”.
No wonder he is on FOX “News”.
Juan Williams: “It doesn’t help. .... Hubris involved”.
He feels Washington “packages” laws, anyway,
and it will be “much ado about nothing”.
No wonder he is on FOX “News”.
Brit Hume the hyperliberal:
“What Juan says is so.”
No wonder he is on FOX “News”.
The Group says ObamaCARE will stay and be edited
for example with removal of the medical device tax.
No wonder they all have been chosen to be on FOX “News”.
All RATs are. I make sure I mention that to every one of them that I talk to.
That, and remembering to constantly make references to the "democratic socialists".
Who is delusional? Obama has already implemented an executive amnesty. His 2012 Dreamer amnesty has, to date, legalized the presence of 580,000 "Dreamers." An estimated 1.8 million are eligible. Each of the recipients received work permits and SSNs. They cannot be deported. Many states are now in the process of giving them drivers licenses. Does anyone believe that this legal status will be reversed?
2. The election results make it very evident that Democrats can't win elections unless a minority or victim is the nominee at the top of the ticket: and
Hillary is the biggest victim of all.
3. Is the impending Obama imaginary declaring "illegals are now legal" the event that will be in history books as the "Crossing of the American Rubicon"?
I hope that is the case. I fear not. The Dems have united firmly behind Obama on this action despite the fact that it lessens the power of Congress. Will the American people rise up against this abuse of power or will they focus inward on their video games and other mindless pap? You know that Obama will marshal a huge propaganda effort portraying this as a civil rights issue. Just this morning on Fox, Wallace compared Obama's executive amnesty to the Emancipation Proclamation and the Truman's integration of the military.
The GOPe does not disagree with the substance of Obama's amnesty, just the process. Boehner begged Obama to hold off just to give Congress one more chance.
But the shutdown makes it real uncomfortable for reporters like Brit and Georgie Will when they are hobnobbing with the Three Pillars. Shutdowns fire up your base and this one may fire up the stupid who don’t want open borders.
Don’t go easy on them, socialist is a progressive term; they are Marxists which is actually communists. Don’t play their game, let everyone know this is Marxism.
Of course Dreamers should be allowed to vote.
The vast majority of Americans are against executive amnesty. If the GOP (the Stupid Party) can't make the case for stopping this abuse of power, then they do not deserve control of Congress.
That guy (Sen. Whitehouse) has an IQ of 1 if he believed what he says.
Those two freshmen senators were great. Another players for the republican bench.
What lies after lies. What a wench.
They create something that forces you to do everything you don't want to do and then brag about how successful it is when you have no choice to choose what you want!!!Simply amazing.
The head of HHS has already urged Congress to allow the Dreamers to be covered under Obamacare.
