....The U.S. Geological Survey has confirmed the epicenter of the quake as 8 miles south of Conway Springs, Kansas.
According to Sumner County Emergency Manager, James Fair, a there are few structures with foundation damage. A tree with a diameter of 18-20 inches was uprooted and a propane tank was shifted off its foundation.

Some places where they are doing a lot of fracking are actually correlating to a major increase in earthquakes. That much is not a myth. I believe Oklahoma is one of them. The water being pumped in appears to be lubricating the plates and causing them to slip.

There were Army posts at Ft. Riley and Leavenworth that would probably provide a good record of the quake.

There are a number of Tae Kwon Do schools. I think that there is one Big Boy somewhere nearby.
There may be a number of faults around here that we do not know about. We only know about them when they act up.
