This tidbit is all the more reason for the Republicans to delay the nomination hearing. There has to be a thorough investigation into Ms. Lynch's background. If she is indeed another radical like Eric Holder, she should not be confirmed.
It would be a good time for incoming Republican Senators to express their dismay that Obama would choose her.
