EXCLUSIVE: President Obama is planning to unveil a 10-part plan for overhauling U.S. immigration policy via executive action -- including suspending deportations for millions -- as early as next Friday, a source close to the White House told Fox News.
The president's plans were contained in a draft proposal from a U.S. government agency. The source said the plan could be announced as early as Nov. 21, though the date might slip a few days pending final White House approval.
Obama was briefed at the White House by Homeland Security officials before leaving on his Asia-Pacific trip last week, Fox News has learned.
The plan contains 10 initiatives than span everything from boosting border security to improving pay for immigration officers.
But the most controversial planks pertain to the millions who could get a deportation reprieve under what is known as "deferred action."
The plan calls for expanding deferred action for illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children -- but also for the parents of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents.
The latter could allow upwards of 4.5 million illegal immigrant adults with U.S.-born children to stay, according to estimates.

Step 3: Bitch slap every putative member of the 114th Congress.
Step 4: Have anyone of them who doesn’t cave disappear.
Step 5: Make a stirring speech in front of MSM.
Step 6: Decree whatever I want, including making my daughters hereditary monarchs after me.
Step 7: Give all illegal immigrants granted a reprieve guns, make it sound all 2nd Amendmenty and to protect them from mob violence by racist TEA partiers.
Step 8: Let the streets run red with blood.
Step 9: Call in national guard to deal with crisis.
Step 10: Start hanging people who don’t get with the program.
It’s one thing to make a law, It’s another to enforce it.
If we are to remain free, we must stand tall and fight this with all of our might!!!

I used to agree with you, but Obama is pushing it too far. Since the Constitution only gives impeachment of a President to stop him when politics fail, what else CAN they do?

All Hell should break loose if this happens. If McConnell and Boehner don’t find some testicular fortitude, they should be replaced.
That’s what the kenyan wants. Dropping amnesty lite now means he is trying to blow up the omnibus budget bill deal.
He wants endless confrontation because he knows Boehner/McConnell are cheese eating surrender monkeys.
1) Streamlined, no background check citizenship for all residents.
2) States must waive fees for driver licenses for immigrants.
3) States must register immigrants to vote. Extra federal transportation infrastructure funding will be provided to states that register the most Democrats.
4) All immigrants will be given EBT cards.
5) All immigrants will be enrolled in 0bamacare.
6) All immigrants will be afforded franking privileges for the purpose of transferring wealth to their family in their home country.
7) All immigrants over the age of 65 will receive Social Security benefits, so long as they have register as Democrats.
8) Companies employing immigrants during their first 6 years of legal residence will not be required to pay state-mandated minimum wages.
9) All immigrants will prequalify for 0% interest federal student loans. Payment of principle at a later date will be determined by the executive branch or their designee.
10) Kill whitey.
Probably. But dot the I’s and cross the Ts so when the SHTF, we will have done all we could.
