I used to agree with you, but Obama is pushing it too far. Since the Constitution only gives impeachment of a President to stop him when politics fail, what else CAN they do?
AFAIK no one has gone the court route. Boehner said he would but they haven’t.
Any governor could sue in the Supreme Court for an emergency injunction (and others, like congressmen, could sue in district courts- though the DC circuit would have to be appealed). The law is clearly on their side as far as getting an injunction goes If he acts as indicated.
Then impeach him if necessary.
