Charges were dropped against a 6-foot-6-inch bar bouncer seen on a viral video slapping a woman on the subway and he now plans to sue New York City over the bad arrest, the mans lawyer said Wednesday.

Laid the PIMP smack on that nasty trashy ratchet. Poor guy. I would send him some hand sanitizer if I knew his address. He was assaulted and returned in kind.
I think he was questioning the media for not reporting that the “people” were blacks.
It was not at the scene. The video went viral and an investigation ensued.

4. 8 Ball Jackets
Manufactured by leather impressario Michael Hoban and his North Beach Leather brand, these jackets were made popular by the legendary R&B/Hip-Hop group, Salt and Pepa, who rocked their 8 Ball Jackets in their Push It video.
Soon thereafter, 8 Ball Jackets became associated with gang violence and the early 90s crack trade that dominated many cities. In 2009, the NYPD traveled to Goergia to arrest a 38-year-old Bronx native for the 1991 murder of a teenager killed for his 8 Ball jacket.
“...when people harassed him over his 8-ball jacket,”
Harassed, meaning what? Were they making fun of him, trying to rob him, or what? Some people’s behavior just confuses me.
What’s offensive about the jacket?
My mom washed out my mouth with soap when she heard me say the F word.
A lady would never swear, that is how she brought me up.
It’s amazing how things have changed in one generation.
Where did you see that he was in jail for 48 hours? I don’t think that’s the case.
Black violence.
He was arrested at 5am Saturday morning. The case was dismissed Monday morning. So it was 48 hours. However, he didn’t get locked up for slapping the girl. He got locked up for the ensuing fight with the guy, who sustained injuries from the fight. So it was a good arrest at the time. Only when they could go over all the evidence did they say self-defense.
Jorge Pena spent four nights in jail after the brawl, which was widely viewed after footage was posted to YouTube, before making his $1,000 bail early Tuesday.
Your turn.
The best pat was the can of whoop*ss the “8-ball” opened up on the homie who flew in throwing punches. Took him out!
I dont think thats the case.
Now you do.
So you throw out another canard.
The cops have been told by feminazi-loving administrations to arrest the male.
The male is always guilty.
The issue is that he got locked up at exactly the wrong time. There are a lot of arrests and not many judges working on weekends. But that's a criminal court problem.
Had the perps been white, country, Repub, etc, etc the header and/or first sentence would have BLARED it.
But in today's gutless urban Amerika, a half dozen psychotic feral slut beasts are elevated in evolutionary stature to 'people'.
It disgusts me and millions of other decent citizens, and if it doesn't stop things will soon get truly ugly.
The only upside to that being that the appeasing cowards of the enemedia will likely be among the first casualties.
It’s good to see some of the emboldened jacka$$es get their comeuppance when they think they can do anything to anyone without repercussions due to the sorry state of of socirty in thug areas.
