You know, I used to wonder about Juan McCain.
Was is possible that he's such a blathering idiot, say like Joe Biden ?
Not hardly. Neither one.
The "only" reason they repeatedly say "really stupid" things to embarrass their political colleges is simple.
It's called "blackmail".
Juan McCain simply wants more money funneled to his "friends".
Once Ted Cruz and Mike Lee sign-off on that, McCain would endorse Skippy-the-Clown for Attorney General.
