Okay, you got snotty with me - fine - now take your medicine. You come at this from a shallow intellectually vapid yet self righteous position. Allow me to educate you.

This is not a pathetic hobby - this is called social / political / cultural / economic commentary. It’s what I do. Some think I do it very well.

And you are naive and shallow to think these things don’t effect you - you have no ability to live totally outside of and independent from the culture in this country, whether you give a damn about it or not, and whether or not you are too ignorant to understand it.

But you know that deep inside, which is why you had to throw out infantile charges like obsessions and so on. That’s just more of your tiny brain capacity - there is zip zero nada in a casual observation that would indicate OBSESSION - only in the mind of a sophomoric moron.

Sorry the shallow intellectually vapid self righteous position is yours. Does it really matter how many people of what color are in a commercial? Really? Does your life suddenly get better if all Target commercials now only contain white men? Mine doesn’t.

It isn’t social/ political/ cultural economic commentary. It’s whining about stupid things that don’t matter. It’s pathetically stupid when the NAACP releases their annual “how many black folks on TV” “study”, and your “counting” is just as dumb. Everybody needs to get over looking for their color on TV.

It doesn’t effect me. It’s not about living outside of the culture, it’s about not being shallow enough to play the identity politic game. Again: how does your life get better if there are no longer black people in Target commercial? Be explicit.

If you’re counting how many people of what color are in which commercials that’s obsession, and there’s nothing infantile about pointing it out. You have the same obsession as the NAACP, both of you are so busy looking at who’s what color on your TV you it matters. It doesn’t. Any time I’m watching TV and notice how many of what color are on it I know the program sucks and its time to watch something more interesting.

There’s no reason for anybody to count the colors. Those who do are obsessed. Those who get upset having their sad obsession pointed out are sophomoric morons.
