Married life is peachy, The Bride and I are headed out this weekend for another Bardic Weekend - me and my dulcimer will be performing at Bardic Circle and doing the wandering troubadour thing all over the camp.
The Bride is a crafty little thing - weaving, painting, embroidery and making our garb for the event. I married good!
WOW that is good news! You are playing a dulcimer, fantastic!
I love their sound.
Do you speak the Old English at these gatherings?
Have you heard of a stringed instrument named Kantele? It is a Finnish instrument, captivating — it sounds like bells or chimes.
Hi Conor - Thanks for your service~!
My persona/character is French, but I’ve been known to sing with a mean Highland burr...
I’ve heard OF the kantele, but never seen one.
Here is a link for the Kantele.

There are several short pieces which makes for nice listening.
Enjoy.
