The other kid should be glad Officer Puff-N-Stuff didn’t see him with a cell phone filming everything. Wonder how he missed that? He would have really freaked out. Granted the kids were sassy, but they didn't commit any crimes so you can't slap them around. Officer might lose his job over this.
