I'm sooo confused. Ok, so, he and his ex-homo partner decided they needed a child to corrupt so they got his much older female record producer to birth the poor child. The child is living with him. The ex never got any sort of legal custody so he's totally out of the picture. The baby mama, who was nothing but the birthing machine and has no desire to raise the kid, is paying a fortune to Aiken in child support. IOW, she's as bad at promoting his singing career as she is at surrogacy contracts.

Any guy who donates semen or a woman who acts as a surrogate should have an iron-clad agreement that they can’t be sued for child support. And even then they’re nuts for doing it.
