Maryland ... really, I’m surprised. After all, many consider Maryland the best example of liberalism personified.
Glade to hear it.

I noticed nate silver’s latest governor race projection had Maryland at 94% chance to stay Democrat

There will be 10 x as many articles about Dem Wolf in PA as there will be about all the Republican victors put together. I wonder whether those Philly precincts went 78,000-2 for him like they did for Obama 2 years ago.

Lot of credit goes to gov Christy for raising inordinate amount of money as chair of RGA and traveling all over the country for fund raising.

I agree, and Illinois went Republican too. Obama managed to drag down his party at almost every level. Even dog catcher running for reelection refused to say if they voted for him.

They caught 10 of those machines that “recalibrated” Republican votes to Democrat in Anne Arundel county today; maybe they were able to scare the Dems off. It’s not as easy to predict elections if the machines can’t be set for the numbers you want.

Now, now, give credit where credit is due. Christie worked his *ss off, both literally and figuratively (lol) and deserves kudos. Even if begrudingly by you.

I wish Scott Brown would have won the Senate race in New Hampshire. He’s not with us 100%, but it’d been another great rebuke to POTUS and his nitwit policies.

Did anyone notice that Governor-elect Larry Hogan’s running mate, Boyd Rutherford, is a black guy? He’ll be Maryland’s third consecutive black Lt. Gov. (Michael Steele, Anthony Brown, and now Rutherford.)

Saw a couple of comments elsewhere that claimed the main reason Brown lost in Maryland is because of his uncanny resemblance to Baraq Hussein.
It appears that voters in that state decided to make sure they aborted ANY potential future Obama spawn before it became viable.
