As of this post time:

Senate: Republicans have locked up 52 seats, ahead in 1 more
Senate: Democrats have locked up 43 seats, ahead in 1 more

House: Republicans have locked up 227 seats, ahead in 15 more
House: Democrats have locked up 142 seats, ahead in 43 more

Governors: Republicans have locked up 26 seats, ahead in 7 more
Governors: Democrats have locked up 13 seats, ahead in 2 more

Okay, so with McCain and his Senate Spouse Graham, we break even at this point.

Oops, that was 97 Senate seats are being addressed here.  Excuse me.

We may get more than 53 by the end of the night.  Hopefully we can pick up a couple of the three not mentioned yet.

I would like to invite folks to use the Los Angeles Times Senate, House, and Nationwide State Gubantorial candidate breakdowns.  It's a fairly good indicator of where things are headed.

Note: Make sure ALL is selected.  Then you can click on Senate, House, or Governors

These categories show current wins and gains.
(Ex: Republican = 44 +4 / Democrats = 38 +2)  Note: + denotes leading in that many races in addition to already locked up
