Happy Election Day everyone! I figured I'd go ahead and get the election day thread started. Polls open on the east coast in a little less than an hour.
Please be sure to post observations of interest if you went to the polls today.
http://www.politico.com can be so confusing.... anyone has a different poll results link to share?
Waiting for Results: Kansas
Voting ended at 8 p.m. Eastern Time in Kansas, but so far, less than 1 percent of votes have been reported.
Republicans need 4 more, with 2 guarantees in the bag. Just 2 more and they win... if they hold KS
Biggest county in panhandle (Escambia) is already 90% in. Broward and Miami-Dade only 17% and 18% in. It's going to be tight.

NY Times: Cotton Ousts Pryor in Arkansas, For Second Republican Pickup
Representative Tom Cotton defeated Senator Mark Pryor in Arkansas, moving a vulnerable Democratic seat into Republican hands.
Mr. Cotton, a combat veteran who studied at Harvard and worked at McKinsey, becomes the youngest member of the Senate at the age of 37.
The defeat is a blow for Mr. Pryor, a two-term senator whose father was also represented the state, and shows the dynamic continuing to shift in a state that delivered former President Bill Clinton to the national political scene.
Ok.. Rouzer is going to win....LOL! Sorry had to throw that one in ...things were getting too series..LOL! :)
I liked Truax too. What passes for an IL Republican party should put a fork in Oberweis, the perpetual candidate, no matter how big a check he writes. Damn you, Jack Ryan!
FOX showing ARK race, PRYOR is back UP by 10%...must be just how the tally is right now...???
Never say never especially if Broward Dade and Palm bch. have not tallied. They often come up with “mystery votes” when they are needed. About as corrupt as you can get.
this is hometown for Sgt. Schulz.(actually second home but whatever)
88% reporting? Where did you find that. Everywhere I've looked, it's not quite 70% reporting. But, Scott does hold a 49-46 lead.
Thats the capital. Cotton is running away with the rurals
Scott was down 25,000 votes from those for Cong. Bill Posey's 136,000.
Second that. Terrible gabby dipschtick.
If Crist loses, I am doing a victory lap. I HATE THAT SOB!
based on early returns ... I predict Connecticut
Foley 48% lose
Greenberg 46% lose
GOP Herbst 51% win
No on question wins with over 55%
(Amendment is defeated to allow early voting)
From the Boston Glob:
NH US Senate
Shaheen 55.9% 44,172 votes
Brown 44.1% 34,826 votes
14% precincts reporting
Nahhh..I never say that. What I say is make it count in the primaries. That’s where conservatives win or lose.
After that IMHO you vote against commie dems.
Madison and Orange going GOP as well.
